About the Department

The department of economics was established in the year 1985. There are three members in the department. Two are doctorates. The other one has passed SLET. We produce cent percent results every year. More than 60% of the students pursue their PG in M.S.W, M.Sc H.A and M.B.A in our college. Few students have been placed in administrative offices of the state Government. The department received funds from UGC for conducting a certificate course in Resource technology during the year 2010.
