The Career Guidance and Placement Cell of the college provides Pre-Placement Training to students in Logical Reasoning, Personality Development, Numerical Ability, Interview Techniques etc., regularly.

Career Counseling is also given to students wherein experts from various organizations describe about the employable skills they seek in graduates, the kind of environment they would find in companies, team work, general conduct and special skills to be developed by students to get placed.

The cell regularly organizes campus recruitment drives participated by reputed companies attended by students of all colleges in Trichy and nearby districts thereby helping many students in securing jobs.

Apart from campus interviews conducted, they also send students to attend Off-campus Interviews conducted at various colleges.
